Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the website at aleksandraking.com, the Client Portal, or any services provided by Aleksandra King Agency ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Our services

Aleksandra King Agency provides marketing strategy, AI visibility services, content creation, media production, and digital communications. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing with each client before work begins. All engagements are subject to a separate client agreement or statement of work.

Client Portal

Our Client Portal at aleksandraking.com/portal provides clients with access to their campaign documents. Access is granted via Google Sign-In and is limited to documents specifically shared with you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You must not attempt to access documents or accounts belonging to other clients.

The Client Portal accesses Google Drive metadata through the Google Drive API. We do not download or store the contents of your files. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time, with or without notice.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Aleksandra King Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Campaign materials created during a client engagement remain our property until final deliverables are formally transferred to the client upon completion and full payment. Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are specified in the relevant client agreement.

AI Visibility Services

Our AI visibility services involve the creation and distribution of structured content across third-party media platforms and news services. By engaging these services, you acknowledge and agree that content will be made publicly available and may be indexed by search engines and AI systems. We do not guarantee specific placement outcomes, search rankings, or AI citation results. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide for use in campaign materials is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is overdue. All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleksandra King Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, Client Portal, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We provide the Client Portal on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where necessary to deliver our services, where required by law, or with your explicit consent. You agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, strategies, or tools shared with you during our engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the relevant client agreement. Upon termination, you remain liable for any fees due for work already completed. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Client Portal at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
