Each campaign produces a set of documents designed to build and measure your AI visibility. Here's what you'll find in your campaign folder:
Campaign Brief
Your Campaign Brief is the foundation. It captures who you are, what you do, and the thought leadership that underpins your authority. This document records the person or people at the centre of the campaign, the brand or organisation they represent, and the products or services that define their expertise.
It also links to existing thought leadership — podcast appearances, published articles, speaking engagements — that we use to build the narrative AI platforms will associate with you. Everything downstream flows from this brief. Review it carefully and refine it with your account manager before the campaign begins.
AI Visibility Report
Your AI Visibility Report shows you exactly what AI platforms currently say about you. We run six carefully chosen queries across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude, then score each one using the AKA Visibility Score — a 0 to 10 measure of how accurately and prominently you appear in AI-generated answers.
The report identifies gaps: queries where you should appear but don't, where competitors are cited instead, or where the information is outdated. These gaps become the challenges your campaign is designed to address. This is your baseline — and after the campaign, we run the same queries again to measure the shift.
AI Visibility Programme
Your AI Visibility Programme is the campaign plan. It takes the challenges identified in your Report and converts them into specific, measurable objectives — what we're going to move, by how much, and how.
The Programme explains how structured content placed onto high-authority domains — institutional databases, news services, and professional registries — feeds the sources that AI platforms draw from. It sets out the delivery steps, the timeline, and what you can expect at each stage. This is the document that turns diagnosis into action.
Press Release
Your Press Release is the primary placement content. It is structured specifically for AI ingestion — optimised for the way large language models extract, attribute, and cite information from authoritative sources.
Once approved, it is distributed across a network of 70+ institutional databases and high-authority domains including AP News, Bloomberg Terminal, LexisNexis, Dow Jones Factiva, and Thomson Reuters. These are the sources AI platforms trust and cite. The press release is not a marketing announcement — it is a precision instrument designed to place your narrative where AI models look.
