My Fitness Diary Week 4 - Toning

This week I've been focusing on toning; spinning and rowing tone the body and develop your strength and all-round fitness, giving you the power to do even more more with your day.  Target Fitness Retreats: here I come!

I train regularly on my own, in classes and with a Personal Trainer. I decided to sign up for a 'Ladies Fitness Retreat', with Target Retreats, this year, to provide a goal for my training, meet new people in a fun/challenging environment and grow my self-confidence.
