My Fitness Diary Week 1 - Creating a personalised training plan

I'm recording my journey towards a balanced lifestyle of fitness, health and well-being.  Today, my personal trainer Jonny is measuring my fitness stats and helping me to create a personalised training plan and goals for the next 3-months.
