My Fitness Diary Week 5 - Feeling the benefits

I'm rowing, spinning, running... and it sometimes feels like I'm torturing myself. Maybe I am a little however... I'm starting to see results. I'm getting toned. The fat is melting and I'm loving it... Can't wait for Targets Ladies Retreat in May when I get to spend the whole weekend working on my mind and body.

I've been working on my fitness.  One of my resolutions for 2017 was to join a Fitness Retreat, so I signed up for one with Target Retreats.  This video diary is tracking my progress as I work towards joining the retreat in May.
